Coaching Sessions are done over the phone. Often there are brief phone calls or emails between sessions. Coaching is done on a monthly basis. There are two basic options.

Three 45-minute sessions - $270.00 per month

Three 30-minute sessions - $200.00 per month

I participate with many insurance companies including 1199, Oxford, MVP, Aetna, Optum Health, Beech Street and others. My regular fee per session is $90.00 but a sliding scale is available if this presents a hardship for you.
